Timesheet
Helpful information related to timesheets:
- Pay period for timesheet pay is always the 26th of the prior month through the 25th of the current month.
- Be sure to legibly complete all sections of your timesheet in blue or black ink – please no pencil.
- Write your full name on the timesheet
- Timesheets are due by 4:00 p.m. on the 25th of each month (unless the 25th occurs on a weekend, then they are due on the last day of that work week).
- For each day that you worked, fill in your start time and your end time.
- Do not put "full" or "half" day, must have start times and end times.
- Do not write as minutes or fractions. Incorrect=75 mins. Correct=1.25 hrs
  - Ex: you work 1pm to 2:15pm. You will write 1.25)
- Please round to the nearest 15 mins. (i.e. .25)
- Please remember to sign your timesheet.
- Once you have completed and signed your timesheet, please give it to your administrator/supervisor for review and signature. They will then forward it to HR. Timesheets need to be signed by your administrator/supervisor before coming to the district office.
- If you are turning in your own timesheet after it has been completed and signed, please come by the Business/HR office or place it in the inbox near the Business/HR door.
