About

The California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) helps schools build strong, collaborative relationships with local agencies and government partners—bringing together the resources that matter most to students and families.

By weaving academics with health services, youth development, and community engagement, CCSPP creates a unified support system that nurtures student success both inside and outside the classroom. These partnerships transform schools into vibrant community hubs where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Hamilton Unified School District is proud to be a successful grant recipient of  CCSPP funding, to support community school initiatives at Hamilton Elementary School, Hamilton High School, and Ella Barkley High School.
