Resources to Get Moving and Breathing
Oak Meditation & Breathing -This app does not have specific exercises for kids but their guided breathing exercises are short and not complex. The "Breathe" exercises are guided on the screen and the "box" activity is similar to a breathing exercise that some students may recognize as some educators use this in the school setting.
GoNoodle "On & Off" Flow -This is a guided progressive muscle relaxation and breathing excercise (around 5 mins).GoNoodle "Victorious" Flow -If you need a "brain break" with exercise and movement, this one is a guided movement and breathing exercise (about 4 mins).
